Our story starts in the 1950s when Will Robinette founded Jersey Pride Creamery. He would purchase raw milk from local farmers and transport it back to our processing plant to make milk, butter, ice cream and other dairy products. From there, he’d deliver it to local homes, schools and grocery stores. It was truly a family business with Will’s son, Hunter Robinette, driving the trucks. That family dairy company became Purity, a common household name.
A Legacy to Last
With his background in trucking, Hunter Robinette partnered with his friend Marshall McGraw to create Robinette and McGraw Trucking in 1978. Eventually, Hunter bought out the entire company and renamed it Robinette Trucking.
After growing up with the business, Justin Robinette took over the family business. After years of growth and success, Robinette Trucking joined Loudon County Trucking under the PS Logistics family of companies. This partnership has allowed us to offer benefits usually associated with larger companies but with the flexibility and atmosphere of a small, family-owned business.

Driver Qualifications
We take safety seriously, meaning our drivers must meet minimum qualifications to drive with us.
All of our drivers must meet these requirements:
- 22+ years old
- 1+ years of experience
- MVR free of major incidents
- Valid Class A commercial vehicle driver’s license
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
